Dear rianne, I like your thought as well. Can you change some things in the design:
- it's dear customer and not dear consumer
- can you change the colour of the text, so that it stands out more
- can you give me an alternative design in the same thinking path?

The idea of sending letters to consumers made me think about an old wax stamp. Hope you like it.
