My name is Femke Lans and I am starting a business in customer experience design named 'dear customer'. I am in search of a logo that I can use on my website, business cards etc. |
| Brief: |
My company focusus on great customer experience: I believe that a lot of organisations can improve the way they treat their clients. In a way just to love your clients again, so they become 'dear customers'.
In a way it's a consultancy company, but consultancy sounds too boring; I am aiming on something more playful and creative.
One of the things companies have to do is wrtiting a letter to their customer, explaining all the things that they have developed for clients benefits that are not actually helpful for the clients. A letter starting with 'dear customer' |
| Wish list: |
The concept of dear customer is: simple, with focus and full of amazing experiences. I would like to see that in the design.
Think less consultancy, more design and creativity
And....less is more
