Absolutely great!
Especially the upper and the lowest are great because of the brown in it. that gives a little tribal/african twist that i like a lot.

Somehow i would love to see how part of the logo could be literally out of the box! Now is the &sign a little out of the box, which is nice.

Please give that a try.
