Logo partly in white space is OK.
Grey horizontal bars on top and bottom are not neccesary.
Grey Focus logo on the bottom is too much
follow us buttons should be on the right; exactly under the right bar.
And I presume this is not THE homepage, but THE followpage? (be Aude I don't see the 3 columns.
