dynamic, movement, action; this is a good logo; I reallt like it already ....but may be a little too traditional; so I thought keep the basi idea but how can you put a little modernity, action, movement in it?
I hope you manage to give it a try and make a jump to 4 or even 5 star!!!

I envisioned the mark either as a small mark on the front left in the location of a pocket or logo mark. Or a bit larger on the back like a graphic "t" would have. There is some flexibility in the placement due to the graphic nature of the mark.
