Brand Values
The perfect arch is a reference to 2500 year-old pursuit of constructing the ideal arch that would look beautiful, that would provide the function of creating open space, and be capable of supporting heavy loads such as a stone roof. Ranging from the flat arches of early civilizations, the steep arches of the Cathedral builders, the low-curvature of Chinese bridge builders, to the ornamental arches and domes of the Mughals, the development of a better arch requires knowledge of the sciences, aesthetics, and engineering. The perfect arch is an unattainable ideal, and the brand reflects the pursuit of coming as close to perfection as possible given the constraints of the physical world, the realities of time and budgets, and the needs of our stakeholders. We at Perfect Arch are part of the journey to discovering ideal architectural patterns to solve complex problems, but recognize that the journey to perfection is never finished.
What we do
Perfect Arch provides consulting services to businesses that recognize that their IT systems need greater agility in meeting the needs of a dynamic business landscape. Large businesses tend to possess a complex landscape of information systems, and making even the smallest changes can be very expensive. Perfect Arch helps identify how minimal changes can create maximum value through the application of business strategy toolkits (value networks, strategy maps, behavioral dynamics, communication design, etc.), and helps design an enterprise architecture which increases business agility while reducing the total cost of ownership. Perfect Arch also helps in building and implementing the systems, in order to help our clients form strategy to implementation..

Perfect Arch is targeted towards large businesses want to use their IT landscape as a strategic advantage. The Perfect Arch brand should (ironically) embody that perfect architecture is a myth, and that the right architecture is balance of compromises, such as excessive functionality being detrimental to usability, performance, reliability, costs, and maintainability. We help our customers realize better architectures based upon well-trodden paths, and we inform our customers when we lead them through unknown territories. The brand is targeted towards large businesses, who should obtain a strong feeling of robustness and reliability when thinking about Perfect Arch. Communication Strategy
We intend to reach our targeted audience primarily through internet media. We will build a website that is informative, open on sharing our techniques, and focused on adding value to those who visit it. Most of our assignments are obtained through word-of-mouth, and this will continue to be the case. Perfect Arch will organize targeted campaigns to large businesses to address their pain-points, and will show key solutions for the biggest growth inhibitors.
