Hi Fieno,
I really like the cover and the back.. could you try to make the format of the menu card like a 4 page spread? Refer to the sumo menu card example how it is done on the 3 page spread. This means that the cover and back will have more length but less width. Can you work with that? Also for the inside, you could keep it simple with just the fainted logo or another light pattern. Here and there some space for headings, such as Temaki, Nigiri, Maki, Salades, soups, etc. So we can categorise the items. Another note, read my previous feedback for horizontal version of this logo. Thx!
