Wow, that cyclist-thing i have never noticed

But that is the great part of this design, everyones imagination shows something else. It is intreging.

The 'cyclist' can represent the hard worker behind this 'Education Parnter'. Wanting and getting there.

up: nice sticker / add-on shape
up: modern, clear
down: sorry, but although the explanation of the round shape is good, it gives unwanted associations. Why does the person sit and look like a track cyclist?
