up: the thought of working with a person and highlighting the mind is great, the thought of two parts working together too.
up: strong, clear and modern, the two parts of the logo are positioned well together, and the symbol could also work seperately
down: symbol needs to be explaned
down: education partner is least noticable in this design, but is the most important, its small and likely to end up onreadable

The resemblence with Pepsi/Swirl is mistaken. Not every round object consisting of 2 objects are linked to them.

This is a unique and strong design, recognizable and loveable by everyone.

The person (blue) and the mind (pink) emerge to one.
