NIMA needs one new logo to certifiy all their future 'Education Partners'.

up: in education the V shape is familiar, using it to make a person is clever
up: its clean and simple

down: placing the new logo next to the nima logo doesnt make it 1 logo. Because the total design now is wide and not high people will start to use only the right half, without NIMA.
down: this will not be readable at 100x100 pix
down: not really 'modern'

Addition to the briefing: the payoff 'in het hart van de marketing' is optional, I would not use it in a new logo.
