Juffrouw zonder zorgen is now a lunchroom in the Proveniershofje in Haarlem Centre in Holland. It exist allready 7 years and we, a formal HR Manager and a restaurant manager, are taking over this lunchroom per 1st of septembre 2010.
The entrance is in the main shopstreet of Haarlem and at the back there is a small terrace in het Proveniershofje. The building has two rooms, one at the front and one with a view at the Proveniershofje. A hofje is a quiet lovely garden surrounded by small houses and a gate or door, wich can be locked at night. The houses were build in the old days for women who were never married and to protect them.
We want to sell principally bio products and home made stuff. Breakfast, coffee, home made cakes, lunch, high tea and a daily bio plate. Open from 9 till 19;00.
The costumers during the week are mostly women and in the weekend it's a mix. On sunday there a lot of reservations for the high tea.
We want to be easy te enter, cosy, but also quality and bio products.
We need on a short period a logo who says where we are (Hofje) and who we are.
And maybe a website...
The colors we are going to use in our lunchroom are: off white, taupe, antraciet, pink and limegreen. The building is from 1650 and is a monument with high ceilings and high windows.
The new name will be "Hofje Zonder Zorgen", wich means hofje without worries! |
