First I really appreciate your effort. I must say this design appeals to me the most. I really like the bear and the shadow effect beneath the bear on the cirkel which makes it seem like its flying up.
Perhaps you can make some different fresh color combinations of the cirkel and the letters? And add some stripes so that it seems that the hand waves ? (which depicts the word "Hi" i think)
