Esther hi,

considered your slogan and your request of a flower, i designed a symbol first of all, that combined together the flower's petals in different colors. Just like the different people have to live and work (team) together. So creating a strong symbol the typeface for the logo is simple and straight to the point, but with clarity and pureness.
