CWS Nederland is market leader in NL for sanitaire services, hand and toilet hygiene. We want to realise a major breakthrough with the scope to our bussiness process. Why, because we have a lot of rework caused by several hickups during the process. By changing, standerize this process we want the deliver the best service to full satisfaction of our customers and our co-workers.
Key words for this project team are :
- Optimization in product and process knowledge
- Commitment & commitment to this approach and mentality of every individual within the organization
- Securing agreements
- Measuring the quality of work
On of the goals of this project team is to realize earlier mentioned topic we have in scope the next key words for the approach :
- together with all employes: board, management AND co- workers

- finish, not only start changes

The reason why we posted this is that we want to have a name and logo that is representive for the above mentioned issues. That logo itself should represent the whole project.
The theoretical goal (as discriped in our project plan) of our project team is as below

"Setting up a customer-focused organization (1) based on organization-wide definition and standard geconformeerd method (80%), using standard processes with space for sales opportunities that entail specialization (20%). (2) It is implicitly linked the required optimization in product and process knowledge, commitment to this approach, attitude and securing appointments (3). " |
