Here you go a scketch based on your brief where you can ask for any changes or make any suggestions. I think that the embracing shapes can feature the online training/connection and knowledge transmission and they are a more updated version of your old design. The colors inversion can also work for both logo options and the visual coherence is maintained. Wish you a great weekdend too ;-)
