Design new logo's for training company |

I am a motivational speaker/personal coach and i need "twin" logo's for two parts of my company. Based on the current logo. |

I own a company in training and coaching professionals in soft skills, leadership and teambuilding.
Part of my company provides individual and teamtraining -live- for customers from healthcare, gorvernment, law and education.
Other part of my company is a new webportal with online courses. The webportal is called Training Online. Here customers can attend prerecorded trainings at any time and place they like.
For both the live and virtual part of my company I need new logo's based on the old logo and recognisable for current customers.
One logo says: "Dynamiek" and as subtitle "groei en inspiratie" and is for the live-part of my company, the second logo for the online trainingsite says "Training Online"and as subtitle "powered by Dynamiek". |

Dear designers,
I already have two excellent designs to choose from, but with six days to go I challenge you to come with some ideas out of the box.
What would you think is a suitable logo for a company that trains and coaches in leadership, teamwork and personal effectiveness?
What logo would you find atractive and dynamic?
Please surprise me. Forget some of the ealier do's and dont's and use this creative space.
I still like orange and purple the most, but that is the only clue i give in this last stage.

Dear designers feel free to come up with new ideas.
Please don´t be discouraged about redesigning current logo! I am open for new ideas, though i would like some kind of connection or recognition with the old one. So there is far more creative space than redesign.
The old logo is in the accompanied file..
