Dear chipmac,

Thanks for your valuable input. This is the most business like logo, and I have the feeling you understand what I need to use it for. Wonderfull to add 'consulting'. I realized that is missing; a 'subtitle'. Could you change this to Organizational and Leadership Development?
And I would like to change the colours a bit; more the sand, beach, iceblue and 'liver brown' kind of colour, the 'cold' kind of grey-brown...
