Dear Re Bekka,
I like your design in this logo. I however would like to change the text. Not consulting, but 'Organization and Leadership Devopment'. And I would like to change the colours a bit. Maybe use a bit of ice blue, or silver? and I like the dark deep grey kinds of brown. Not the green of yellow or orange kind of brown.
