Dear Steffie,

I like you design. I however feel we need to make a few small changes.
The text Organization and Leadership Development is a bit small compared to the logo and difficult to read. Could you change that, and make it a bit bigger?
And I am doubting about the Be7 inside. Do you have another suggestion? Maybe another colour and another trendy font type? If we choose to keep it in black, maybe we should change the text under the logo to black as well? What do you think?
