| Brief: |
2 years ago I started as an independent consultant in my own company. Untill know the company is just me, but that could change. I like to work together and have a few strategic partnerships with bigger consulting companies or universities.
Usually my clients look for either a consultant who focusses on the 'soft' issues (leadership, culture, behaviour) or the 'hard' issues (business planning, strategy etc.). To be succesfull in leadership development and cultural change I believe I need to look at the 'soft' issues (behaviour, leadership) as well as the organisational structure and the businessplanningcycle. Important is the consistency. I primarely focus on behaviour, but take the other items mentioned into account. Inconsistencies can discourage the new behaviour companies want to see. I therefore called my own company Be7. 'Be' meaning 'to be', be authentic, knowing what you stand for. And the 7 standing for 'measurable', resultfocused, 'hard'. Together they show the balanced approach. I try to guide the process, but need to be allowed to touch the content. I know realize this is hard to explain, especially because english is not my mothertongue. I hope it does make sense...
What I look for in the logo is a pure and simple look, down to earth, modern design, trendy. It has to illustrate style and high quality in it's simplicity. (I aim high, try to deliver top and unique quality). I try to unfold the problem behind the problem and focus on the essence, and the logo should illustrate that. No wrapping paper around difficult messages. Be straight and honest. That is another thing I would like to recognize in the logo. I am not an actor, I do what I say, and say what I do. Pure and simple.
The colours I am thinking of are the colours you see on the beach and in nature. |
| Wish list: |
Pure and simple, honest, quiet, modern design, down to earth, implicating high quality and style. Distinguished?
Colours I think of are the colours you find at the beach; in holland we call it liver-brown, sandcolour, warm grey. I doubt about ice-blue. But maybe also black. Not to many colours.
Font straight and modern like Arial for example.
Not common, something unique, you remember. Not because of it's volume or busy colours, but more because it's uniqueness and style. |
| Unwish list: |
Cheap look, to many colours, hectic, confusing, to dominant or demanding |

To easily and quickly understand what the logo stands for I understand now I need to add a little bit of what I do in the logo. I would like to add something like 'Organization and Leadership Development'. But maybe you have a better idea?
