Lex, can you reverse this set; making the icons dark grey on a transparent background. The background bar may become light grey gradient in the UI. The colored background will then appear with mouse over.

hey, i've changed the 'save' disk icon to a tick and given the plain grey backgrounds a slight gradient. thanks, lex
