hello Mrazzz,
can you make the gray background just a bit darker.
At a quick glance, the heart shaped favourite icon gets too close to the duplicate icon. Also in grey, the distinction for the user must be clear. Just reducing the width of the heart will probably do the trikc.

I think these are the simplest icons. They looks great at "20x20".
