hello,

nice overview!
clear en clean proposal.
Vereniging van Eigenaren doesn't form a unit with Leeuwenburgh.
In this logo it feels like an undertitel or as an addition.

Than the lettertype: The combination of U and the W in Leeuwenburgh are rather
peculiar. Perhaps a other lettertype is more suitable.
