I agree its distintive from existing platforms. A 'risk' will be that it's 'too much' for our customers (black is a bit 'dark' for them).
Maybe the choice of another smart color pallet will solve that.
Can you make one or two other impressions using a different pallet?

I strongly believe that when it comes to web interfaces you can break the rules but cannot ignore them..Strictly following the most basic rules of user based navigation system I was able to give you this as a platform for your clients.Semiotics are used just at the right place and keeping the color palette smart and competitive with reference to the existing user based platforms(such as those of microsoft ) You needed something that your user wouldn get bored of. yet would love to work on that platform.any changes that you prefer do let me know. This sets the basic grid for all your pages.Rgds
