New GUI design for our CRM/ERP product |
| Project Version: |
PimTim Normal |
| Short brief: |
We want to 'smooth'/'modernize' the GUI of our standard business CRM/ERP software |
| Brief: |
We deliver standard CRM/ERP solutions to our customers. We would like to modernize the GUI so it looks better/'smoother'/more up-to-date.
(It's build in JAVA, using Servoy)
Our customers are in a wide area of branches (non-profit and profit organizations). We focus on branch organizations, training companies and project/consultancies.
It's important the existing customers feel the new GUI still as a trusted STB product (feel 'at home') and that new customers like it too.
The majority of our customers use Windows as a platform. We have also numerous MacOSX customers, but we don't want to use a different design for these platforms.
An important 'selling point' of our solutions is that the Relation is the 'heart' of the orgaizations. (Therefor the 'Rolodex Card' is used as a central part from the start in 1992... This became a recognizable STB item.
The redesigned screens will be used by us to redesign the whole solution our selves.
The 'minimum' size is 1024 x 768. But because anchoring techniques we can use. It's scalable. |
| Wish list: |
- 'up to date'
- recognizable as STB product
- modern/innovative but not 'over done'
- we're very curious in new insights/ideas
- a GIU which is intuitive but also distinctive in comparison with competitors' products (like Microsoft Dynamics/SuperOffice)
- Our solution can make use of Style Sheets. So it would be nice if you can deliver a StyleSheet too. |
| Unwish list: |

Brief updates:
Update on: 19 Mar 10, 09:54 PM :
Thanks creatives for the designs so far!
We're very glad you all made it so difficult for us to choose. :-)
Therefor we need an extra 2 weeks to think things through and talk things through with our development team during the upcoming period. It's an important decision for us and we want to be sure we choose the right winner.
Many thanks for your (extra) patience.
Keep up the good work, regards
Rutger

Please focus first on modernising the central 'address card'.
We'll probably use html5 or Flash for this tomake it more modern.
