Lean6Sigma Fasttrack orginizes programs (training, coaching , consulting) that put the human being central in the optimizing the workflow in all kind of processes.
In our method we use the strategy of small improvements leading to substantial changes. Our aim is to create authentical organisations were healthy employees support each other to create healthy growth in wellbeing of people and company that show healthy revenues.
The method is based on programs to get the waste out of processes (LEan) and to reduce variations to an absolute minimum (6 Sigma).
We put the human being first. We change the way of working by making limiting beliefs visible to the people involved. We try to make the employees feel responsible for what they do and how they do it.
Keywords in the way we want to this are, highly profesional, fun, human growth, wellbeing, revenues are a consequence of healthy people, continued growth, short programs, more happiness and fun in the change processes.

If you look to the website you get an impression of the style we prefer.
The visual is a indication were the symbol on the outside symolizes the workprocess and on the inside the human takes the central position.
The feel we like to communicate is about the idea that the human mind is the most powerfull instrument to feel better, to make work easier, to improve on a continous basis because the people choose to take there responsabillity on what they do.
Our aim is to find a simple symbol that carries the above ideas. We uploaded a document about the next industrial cycle that tells a lot how and why the next phase in business-improvment will take place, according to rhe Russian scientist Kontratieff. (phase 6 is development of the human mind, see page 5-9) |

THE FOCUS IS NOT ON LEAN OR 6 OR SIGMA!!
Our differentiator is the human centric approach in a very fast way!!
So in the logo the human or the human heart and the fasttrack are very important symbols!!!

We see now several proposals with the human head in it. The head is the place were beliefs are stored.
The heart is the place were connections, harmony, more feminin aspects of behaviour come from.
I would invite you to give it a try to put something that refers to the heart in it...

Dear Designers,
We see lot of logo's without the Fasttrack. Fasttrack is a very important factor in the logo. As well as a symbol that shows we are working on the human side. That we work on peoples personal beliefs (the "soft" side) instead of the proces -flow, -system and -structures (the "hard" side)

There are some nice first results.
LEan6Sigma is a well know strategy to change the companies work.
We did some special to it. We made the "weak" side very strong. The weak side is the changing of human behaviour. We believe that limiting beliefs in people are the most important factor to work on.
In our approach we will work 1 week very intens with the people on their beliefs. (instead of 20 weeks.)
we seek in the logo a symbol that refers to the strong approach of the weak side in the programs!
