An interview this time with the Creative Mariana Mateos Witting, http://www.pimtim.com/members/439/folio from Argentina:
Mariana, you won the One Creative World project. How did you do that…..

But first could you please tell something about yourself?
I am essentially curious, very analytical, generating thousand and thousand of ideas.
I always felt attracted to art, most of all painting, but I knew that design was more remunerative and stable as economic support, so I joined the UBA - University of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of Buenos Aires - and I graduated as Graphical Designer. I supported my studies being employed at printing offices and some small agencies, and there I knew the real goal of a designer which is: " see your client happy ".
How did you came up with the design for the One Creative World?
First of all, I thoroughly investigated the Pimtim group, read your blogs, your origins, comments and personal profiles, to be able to catch the aesthetics and visual preferences in the conceptual, formal, chromatic and typographical thing. This is essential, material of study must always exist before generating a project. It is very important to know tastes and ideologies of a client.

Who or what inspires you?
Night and silence inspire me.
Do you have design specialties?
No. But I prefer design manuals, books and magazines, because I have more experience in this, as well as pre-printing and printing of same.
Which designs are you most proud of?
They all were and are very important. But aesthetically, my favorite one is "Buenos Aires no duerme ' 99" (Buenos Aires doesn't sleep'99")
Is there a life next to design?
Certainly! A life full of color and questions, together with the company (or simply their patience) of my husband and my three children.
How does your workspace look like?
It is a small office in black and white (with the technological suitable equipment), some designs with live colors, and toys of my children all over the floor.
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy my family. I am very happy with them.
Thank you very much for this interview and we wish you lots of success.
